Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made after 12:00 PM (local hotel time) on the day prior to arrival, or no-shows, will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s stay per room.
- Failing to call or show before check-out time after the first night will result in cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.
Taxes & Additional Charges
- 5% Municipality Fees per night
- 15% VAT per night
- 15% VAT on Municipality Fees per night
- Early Departure Fee: 200.00 SAR
Payment Policies
- A credit or debit card must be presented upon check-in.
- Debit cards may have a hold placed at check-in (amount varies by rate and may include total stay + taxes + incidental deposit).
- Holds are usually released within 5 days of check-out, depending on the bank.
- By providing a payment method online, the guest is eligible for Reservation Guarantee (hotel covers alternate accommodation and phone calls if reservation cannot be honored).

- Guest understands Rate Description and Rate Rules.
- Minimum Check-In Age: 18 (at least one guest must meet this requirement).
